History
Galphin Real Estate Services, Inc. (GRES) was formed in 2004 by Scot Galphin. Formerly Galphin
Properties, we have more than 20 years' specializing in residential and commercial properties in
the Atlanta area. Galphin Properties began in 1986 as a commercial real estate specialist and
has subsequently evolved into GRES as a full service agency. We cover a full spectrum of services
from commercial (O&I), residential, and site selection for investment properties.
In addition to our Atlanta office, GRES has an affiliate office on Amelia Island, Florida. The area's
largest property management company, GRES Florida specializes in long-term rentals.
With both operations growing at a solid rate, GRES is an up-and-coming real estate brokerage
offering all of the sales and marketing functions of much larger firms while giving our clients the
one-on-one service and personalized attention that a smaller firm can provide.
Our first commitment is to our clients and their individual needs.
